I have owned this site for quite some time now.
I do not put any time into this site at all. it has been running itself for last 2 years, but I have had more then that.
You can probably do a lot of stuff with this site. Its up to your imagination. I wish i had the time to do so but do not.

Start a forum on this site
make a directory or some sort
put up ads for businesses for money
possibilities are up to you.
