Interested to see if anyone has some good ideas best way to develop?
I think hotel rooms, conventions, family holidays i guess.
I think hopefully enduser may come along one day as generic and lots of google & sponsored results But rather than sit and wait i will develop also.
I am not American so very keen to hear what my American friends think would be best way to develop. Want to do a light job and get it out there really.

Also keen to hear valuations undeveloped and chances of doing ok developed. cheers
