this is currently a blog site, domain was created on 18-AUG-2007, it currently has 1342 inbound relevant links as per site explorer:

it ranks on first page for terms like "california dui" in google ( position #4 currently )

it gets quite a bit of search engine traffic and has lot of relevant content.
