Here is my tip for getting quality hits on your site.

Names are excellent keywords as they are not commonly used.

If say you have a fishing site, I suggest you put a list of all the local fishing suppliers or organisations somewhere on your site. The reason being if some one searches on one of the names you have listed then you will come up in the searches. Given that many suppliers or organisations don't have webpages, your page will probably come up high in searches.
On the outside is looks like you are giving these places free advertising but in essence you are using their name to get hits!
