Several years ago, it got into various online news sites that Penguin Books had published a book about a young woman victimized by online predators, named
katie.com. The problem was that they didn't actually
own that domain, but a different woman also named Katie owned it, and was annoyed at all the unwanted publicity her domain was getting. After several years of nothing much happening in this dispute, it's heating up again, as a lawyer associated with the book author is apparently starting to harrass the domain owner to attempt to get her to turn over the domain, despite the fact that she had it first.
