I will be running a new contest for $DNF prizes every week. Guess the movie grosses and win!

The Official Rules:

1) I will pick a new movie opening this week. I will include some pertinent info such as similar movie grosses, stars' last movie grosses, prequel's grosses, etc

2) You must then figure out what the opening weekend (usually Fri-Sat-Sun) US gross will be (sorry international members! maybe we'll build up to worldwide grosses) and post it in the thread. You do not have to be from the US to play!

3) Once the official grosses are made public (usually Monday afternoon), the member who has come closest to the official number will win! It doesn't matter if you are low or high, the closest guess is the winner.

4) For a movie opening on Friday, the bidding will be closed at Friday noon, EST (GMT - 5). We will check timestamps!

5) The prize will be determined by the level of interest.
Up to 7 entries.........the prize is $100 DNF
8-14 entries.............the prize is $200 DNF
15-21 entries...........the prize is $300 DNF
22-28 entries...........the prize is $400 DNF
29+ entries..............the prize is $500 DNF

6) One entry per member, but you may change it anytime up to the deadline. Just post your change as a new post so I don't miss it.

7) Have fun!

There is no $DNF required to participate, just a desire to play!
