NitePlay.com site / Adult Store / 2yrs hosting

I've owned this name for many years. I decided over a year ago to do something with it. I found an Adult Toyer supplier that had a customizable store interface for your web site.

I got in touch with a rep from the company and he set me up in a FIXED 30% commission, something they DO NOT offer to anyone anymore. Now if you join you get started out at 20% and if you sell $1000's of dollars a month you might hit 25% for that month. Well I do not have to worry about that with NitePlay.com it's FIXED @ 30%

So I decided the site they provided lacked luster,I made a front end to their site did a little promotion and made a few dollars. Then I moved got another job and let the site just sit idle, no advertising etc.

I have moved twice over the last 2 years and I am about to have to move again in a few weeks. I just recently moved the site to a hosting company that is giving me 45gig transfer a month 1gig of storage. I prepaid for 2 years in January so the site is hosted for almost years for no charge.

Then I decided to give the site a face left, so I brought a template for around $80 and modified it.

Here's the deal my wife wants it gone. She doesn't like me having "such a thing". So now I must sell it within the next 30 days or I'm in the dog house.

Here is what's included:
The domain name NitePlay.com (easy brand-able name)
The Template - approx $80
The remaining 23 1/2 months web hosting - paid approx $150
The source files (html etc - all on the site now)
My account with the toy supplier at a fixed 30%

The domain is at godaddy.com so I have to figure out how to push it to you.

In the last 30 days it's done $563.88 in sales so at 30% it would be $169.16 profit.

Who ever buys the site gets the profit from the site that's remaining. So you may as well figure in that you'll be getting atleast $170 - because thats attached to the account and when you change the billing information you'll get the check when they send it out next month.

Ok guys PM me a offer I can not refuse - Thanks!
