I need to get an animated banner made.
I operate a CAD system and used it to get the basic idea of what I want, however it is not set up for graphics so it is a rough draft of how I would like the banner to turn out.
You will see 3 images, I would like the banner to rotate between the three.

The text is pretty important to me, as it looks like neon.
Now, on the left you will see a dark grey area, in that area I would like the following images to rotate with the text, with the corrosponding color.

And lastly, you see the dark grey area in the bottom right, I would like to have the corrosponding image from this image
http://www.choppertowncustoms.com/color_leds.jpg (not the white writing) to rotate with the rest of the banner, if the area around the led could croped out so the main part of the led and the glow will fit that will be good. Of course the text and 2 side images should be rotating the same color.
