I noticed that i was getting linkbacks from a new site and saw that this was from a total spammer-scraper site. This person copied the first 2 sentances from a couple of my blog posts and then linked back a few times to my site. Do you think something like this would effect my rankings and count as duplicate content? I wasnt sure if it would be a big deal or not because he did give me links and it was only the first couple sentences. But recently i noticed a big drop in my rankings for MSN and Yahoo. I got his email off of whois and im not sure if i should get him to take it off or not because there's 4 links to my site off his page. Any ideas if this could effect rankings or not?
