I've seen that deal before. I would say stay away! You won't be able to utilize those amount of resources on a shared webhost. Ridiculous numbers like that are just setting you up for trouble down the road when you actually try to use them.
You're going to have to spend a lot of money if you actually want to use 15TB of bandwidth a month.
