Besides that, it only had any traffic worth mentioning for about 2 weeks, for the rest of the time it hardly ever climbed over 10, mostly around 5, while we can see a 200-400% click through (and I know exactly why). You don't have to be a Sherlock to figure out what's going on when traffic diminishes to practically nothing, yet clicks stay the same (and even more) as they were when there was 10 times more traffic...

Not to mention, there's no reference to this domain whatsoever - not on Google, nor Yahoo and not even at archive.org. I couldn't find any backlinks to it either... I guess all that traffic you were talking about comes from all the type-ins this great one word dictionary name gets...
I'm done, now please explain. Or better not... we already wasted enough of our precious time on 9mm's explanations and guess what, he's got FBI on his *** now. As far as your case goes, do know that all sales made based on false claims and false advertising are considered fraud. And trust me, "Domains by Proxy, Inc." won't help you one bit, as they'll still come busting down your doors...
I call bluff, scam and a click fraud on this one (all at once!) and I don't think there's even one mod here that would argue with me for posting this in your sales thread. As a matter of fact, I urge mods to investigate this one even further and to move this thread to DISPUTES!
With best intentions,
