If you forward a domain to a high pagerank url for sometime (a pagerank update period) the forwarded domain's
pr is seen as the main site's
pr on the google toolbar.
check your domain with :
www.checkpagerank.net www.digpagerank.com
If it is real
pr you can sell the domain or you can sell links.Or you make resurrect the existing site back if you won't have copyright issues.
