| I came across a situation that the TM owner took a domain off my hand during the registration period.
Due to TM infringement issue, they have sent me serveral legal documents by e-mail and I ignored it. And one day when I wake up, I realised the domain was no longer belongs to me and they have taken it over, I need not to be involved in the transferring process.
Not sure if it is a same case.
