Some Questions Answered:
The content was all spidered from the sites themselves and checked for robots.txt first. The content is no more copyrighted than a search engine spidering content from a site.
I just recently changed the Adsense ads on the site, and have been testing other changes. Ad links weren't always on there. The second adsense 468x60 ad wasn't always on there. The top ad used to be a 728x90 ad, not the big box ad. These things all added income. If it's against Google TOS (which I firmly believe it is not) the buyer can change the ads and still make a ton of money. Not to mention the plethora of ads they have at cj.com for mortgage leads the buyer could run. The site also has no popups, it shouldn't be hard to make $15 CPM or more from running mortgage related pops.
Keep in mind the site isn't even 2 months old yet. It's grown this much in 1.5 months. Imagine where it'll be in 6 months. The fact that this is a new site should be a bonus, not a bad thing for a buyer. None of the search engines have anywhere near all of hte pages indexed. Pagerank hasn't even updated yet. This site has grown fast and will continue to grow faster. |
