The .8 version of postnuke is light years ahead of those you mentioned. It's security is also one of the best among the CMS crowd as that is their main focus. Its code validates xhtml strict, and we have over two dozen sites running PN - all rank first page in Yahoo, Google, MSN for their keywords as PN is so search engine friendly.
Drupal and xoops have their uses (we use it on a couple of sites), but they can't match pn's permission system which is essential for building a fully featured website.
