| Simply put, there is no honesty or maturity test in the world. If someone over 18 is dishonest or immature, you can take them to court for that. If someone below 18 does that, you're stuck.
While I agree that there are many good domainers here below 18, fact remains that a person below 18 cannot be held accountable in a court of law for any of his actions. You would be simply breaching a code of law by allowing transactions with persons below 18 without a parent or guardian being held accountable for it
