| Re: WIPO Owned by Jeffrey E. Kubiak In general.
Jeffrey's amount of robbery was not even the worst.
Someone took 23 generics away.
I hope that WIPO doesn't just order the transfer of domain in case the respondents don't answer. What if the respondents have emergencies or the notification got lost? Some simple mistakes can lead to millions of lose.
WIPO's a big loophole on planet internet.
Let's say I've been using Alien as my ID since 1980 (just an example). Can I just file a complaint to take alien.com? Well, I can file for anything as long as my complaint is convincing enough. How about the owner of alien.com doesn't get the notification or is in the middle of something and not being able to respond? WIPO should know that the word, alien, is a generic dictionary word that is commonly used by many 3rd parties. The 63 million Google result should back this up. In fact, if the respondent doesn't reply, WIPO will most likely order the transfer. The current UDRP is simply too liberal and vulnerable.
