| I would give him one last chance to pay you the agreed amount. If he does not pay you the full amount agreed within say 3 days . I would simply say " I ask that you honour your agreement to pay me the the full amount that you agreed to pay". If he does not pay within that time period I would advise him that you are going to instruct a lawyer to sue him. Which Country is the buyer located in ??.
