| The under 18 year olds could provide the name of an over 18 year old who could take responsibility for them. They would face the legal repercussions if the buyer/seller defaults in a deal.
What if the parent of a 15 year old finds out that you have bought a domain for less that what he thinks it is worth, they could take the domain back in court by arguing that the minor was not capable of entering into the contract. They would not have to refund the money either. Even if the 15 year old thought the price was fair, the law says they are not even in the position to decide that.
