| I had the same position with a corporation in USA issuing proceedings in the USA Court. I faxed to the Judge and he agreed to hear all parties on telephone conference. Eventually I filed witness evidence from UK to USA Court and the Plaintiff then settled the case with me, subject to confidentiality so dont ask.
