Sure, sometimes we think he may be sidestepping the issue. But he is well aware that every one pays attention to every word.
And isn't it nice (if true) for his second and third in command try to upstage him? Honestly, I have trouble believing this was stated. If there is some shred of truth to it, I am sure Obama, Hilary, and Joe had a nice quiet breakfast one morning in the White House to discuss what is to be said, and who is to say it.

Your July 4th is ruined because what has allowed to happen for nearly the past two years has spiraled out of control and, frankly, the greedy got greedier and got caught.
I was listening to the news this evening. Talking about how North Carolina now has the biggest budget deficit in history and its unemployment rate is 11.1, more than double where it was this time last year.
