http://www.mrunix.net/webalizer/webalizer_help.html regarding webalizer stats and you "might" be right which I can't tell for sure as I was under the impression that "Visits" would be uniques and not "sites". That said, sorry if you feel there was anything misledaing - it's not intended as I would not post live stats if I had doubts.
That said, if anyone is interested, feel free to explore the stats and if interested contact me. I will simply close the sale in 24 hours if there is no interest and have someone manage the site for me and sell it at a later date when there is more traffic and a bit of additional promotion has been done.
