It's because you are getting typo traffic from consignaction.ca - which was recently launched heavily promoted (custom glossy cardstock flyers distributed to residences and businesses throughout the Quebec area)...
Consigne = deposit ... so it has to do with recycling bottles or cans that have a deposit. The promotion mailed out is
encouraging people to register their business and the they will give out 4 prizes of $5000 each in a random draw amongst participating businesses.
