NO, it's too much of a risk...we have to protect our interests, money, domains...a juvenille is not subject to the majority of laws regarding responsibility and cannot even be pursued for damages...old time members should be grandfathered in certainly and we do need a NON-OPTIONAL verification system if you want to buy/sell domains here or be platinum or something like that...this is a business, we have to treat it and run it that way or it will end up being a joke with alot of scams like we are seeing now...so again, UNDER 18? NO!
