| There are only a handful of moderators, IMHO not enough with the growing size and membership of the forum, but I am surprised that amoungst the moderators there is not one female, especially as some are quite forth coming on their views and can stand up for themselves.
I sincerely doubt if it is a bias against having a female moderator just that at the moment none exist or have not applied (assuming of course that any moderator who applies has to be acceptable and experienced enough - whether male or female). Seriously Raider you should consider applying, even if for a short period, I am sure you are respected by the mods, admin, and Adam. |
