And are you just a simp, or a flaming hypocrite? Because putting in place a government program to teach people to do something is a socialist policy, whilst allowing them to drown under the cost of disposables would be allowing the free market to find the best solution for itself.
Now I'm all for a program myself because most people are actually morons that should require licenses to breed (just the same way they have to have them for breeding any other animal), but you need to sort out your own damn political positioning Greg.
