Again there are million of domains on there. they cant check them for TM issues BUT if a TM holder comes to Sedo they will remove the name. They are doing what they can . And sure I agree they should do more BUT in the end its not there job to tell someone to not cybersquat. again you cant blame the Ski makers for Ski related accidents. Its that simple. Alot of people put there head in the sand and then say "Well Sedo let me sell it" , a judge in a court of law wouldnt even listen to that. We are responsible for our own actions. Sedo is not a domain cop.
And again I rather just get out of this conversation. I am just repeating myself and I think you got the point. And again best of luck. |
Thanks for your reply although i strongly disagree.
When sedo have the domain name Toyotahybrid.com in a current live auction with a $20,000 bid and they fail to notice that there is a TM issue then they must all be blind or in denial. The auction has already been running for 5 days with 2 days to go and it is the second highest priced auction they have running. For some reason they have domains like
excitingwork.com in the featured live auction section with a bid of 60 euros yet the $20,000 bid on Toyotahybrid.com is not even on the front page. Lets be fair here, if everyone at sedo in Germany, America and the UK offices have not noticed the TM issue with this domain then god help us all.
No need to reply. Thanks again for your opinion.
Kind regards and best wishes
