Interesting that viagra would affiliate itself with a typo, but if it works, it works.
As for Merril Lynch, I wonder what you mean by a "go round"...not UDRP, obviously...is this an issue that was taken to civil court, or was it just a bigfoot letter followed by correspondence?
And by the way, Howard doesn't win every case...remember fisher.com?

P.S. And anyone who knows domain "law"--UDRP, ACPA and Lapham--knows the domains I pointed out are risky, TM-wise. Sounds like you got lucky. But I definitely wouldn't count on such luck in similar situations...and I think the historical outcomes of "domain law" battles support this.
