Seems Australia's anti-racism/hate laws are not all that strong, but there are some recent cases in which they were able to go after Nazi websites:

Also interesting (and good!) in this case is that Germany successfully prosecuted and jailed an Australia national (in Germany) for items published on his Australian website.
Here in Canada such a site would also not be allowed by our laws.
Evil sure lurks in this world.
But I tend to believe what someone else said earlier about this being a scummy publicity stunt by the buyer. If so, good luck to the seller in getting any good future sale for this now tainted property. Greed and evil sure make good partners.
