Waste of a good domain, and waste of money.
This could backfire into bad publicity for domainers, with the Snowe bill we outta be concerned about the repercussions.
In fairness to the seller, it's hard to imagine someone is deranged enough to spend good money like that.
Last but not least, the transaction is not completed yet. Let's wait.
Bottom line: the buyer is a loser.
