I always laugh at these numbers. The same with anyone offering "unlimited bandwidth".
The throughput of a 100 Mbit network card will never allow you to consume 15 terabytes of traffic in a month. You'd have to be serving content at full server capacity, at which point as others mentioned you'd be saturating the server's resources. In fact, your visitors will witness timeouts and long loading times, especially with anything that is database-driven.
You need a dedicated server for something like that, with scalability options.
