To answer some of the questions here.
The winner will be calculated by absolute value of price differences.
Eg. whoever has the minimum of sqrt((d1)^2+(d2)^2) wins.
Where d1 and d2 are the respective differences between your guesses and the actually selling price. For those mathematically challenged here - you need both of your guesses to be as close to the final price as possible

These aren't guesses, just random numbers. Looking at the auctions recently I really have no idea what will they sell for. I think a lot depends on luck here

If any of these or both actually sell for below $5k someone will get a huge bargain!
