So at the end: yes they are innocent, they just hold MY domains, which is illegal. I consider it their Responsabilty to manage that problem:
they legally allowed the transfer of the domain
second thing: they try to make me pay and will not sue the person responsible for this, you find it normal ?
so till they do not take responsability for that, i consider them as acting illegaly: these domains are mine and they block them!
