eNom is a reseller's registrar. People that seem to gripe at eNom are subsellers or retail account holders created by resellers. GoDaddy is a retail registrar. Issues I had in the past with eNom were resolved quickly, as I am a reseller. If I were a subseller I'd have to contact my upselling person. GoDaddy's reaction is not necessarily better with regards to reclaiming domains. However, they seem to have streamlined the reclaiming process due to the increased amount of such incidents on their end. I don't think that there is any accurate data anywhere, even if one compiled famous cases and their registrars. NetSol has had issues as well because of their managing mechanism having a series of faults in the past. It appears to me that Moniker is the safest because they are still small enough to look into each case of domain theft individually.
