| Yes...I was spanked by parents and hit with rulers in school more times than I can count. I think there is a difference between 'hitting' and 'spanking' though...my parents tapped me on the butt...I was hit at school.
I have yet to spank my kids and can't see ever doing it...but I would not cast stones at those who choose to. I am really just not a disciplinarian....at least not that way.
