The purchases will be made by end users. The Vodka.com demonstrates the potential amongst Russian Corporates.
Of course they can get them cheaper if they have a Trademark, but it is likely that competitors will object to the issuance of Trademarks for Generics.
Furthermore, it would seem to me that most large Russian Corporates are not even going to bother about the cost here. If they perceive the need they will do it. If they do not perceive the need they will not. If you think they will not, then you are probably one those Americans that think the majority of Russians speak English.
