and just to be clear on the $7.5k figure...
The $7.5k was actually the amount Namejet offered the name to the udrp complaintant ( which was refused as the complaintant wished to pursue the udrp obviously ) prior to auctioning the name at namejet. So claimig ignorance would be obsurd on their part.
