Read the exact language of the Paulson plan.
Allows "him" to borrow "740 billion at a time" up to "11.3 trillion dollars".
Why would this come as a shock to you?
If you were the GOP pimp that you are, you would be all up in those figures as it was penned by Paulson with Dubya's blessings. Is that not cause for celebration and paying homage?
