NameYourself brings up a good point. I didn't do any research. I just assumed that the domain was getting pretty consistent traffic and revenue which is why I stated, "if the traffic and earnings are consistent." They are all things to take into consideration. $31,000 maybe a fair offer after all depending on what the traffic is like throughout the rest of the year.
