It was a tough decision and I think everyone who participated is a winner. If I could have given the prize to everyone I would have!

I decided corleonem's good deed was most admirable because the people he saved from having a big headache don't even know that he did. Most likely there aren't too many people who would do an anonymous act such as that. Yes it probably was illegal, although IMO parking meters should be illegal - there is nothing worse than walking out to your car and finding a ticket attached to it.
