If he is only looking at this one year then I doubt the mobile web will grow enough to create enough demand. In later years, yes, but it still is too soon, IMO. He will probably get a few decent offers, and practically no parking income. He could sell them on forums one at a time and make a small profit, but if he has the kind of money to buy this many then his time is worth more than that. His best move would be to hold for maybe 5 years. If mobi is successful then he would do very well. But I doubt he is thinking that way.
