Can you tell how do you get PR 5 for this one page website?

I'm working on my own PPC template i created, but i have to know how to promote it now

All contents and images are random with Amazon and adsense related keyword query
Even the google news RSS feed work with all menu and keywords search query.
I made a 200 pages sitemaps for now.
