I think the domain is a high $XX,XXX- low $XXX,XXX name. That's just my opinion.
Still, Rick owns quite a few more AAA domains than I own, and has made a ton of money, so he is doing something right.

Well I agree, you never know on the big domains. A lot depends on what is done with it. But I did get a valueation opinion from one of the top domain acquisitions experts in the country and he thought $1M to $1.5M was a fair market value range.
