| As far as I remember, ICANN advisory on transfers says that obtaining authcodes MUST be as easy as for example changing DNS or any other aspect of the domain name. Since register.com allows realtime DNS/contacts management, they MUST provide online realtime authcode retreival functionality. But not doing so, they are not in compliance with ICANN regulations. |
