At the time he replied in the initial sales thread this thread had 45 replies, and no accusations had been made towards the seller.
If I had a 7-figure deal pending, I would be very careful what to say too, until it clears.
I wouldn't be happy about what the buyer had done, but would do whatever possible to get the deal through. (Especially since what the buyer had done would lower the value of the domain considerably.)
I would not comment on the sale until the transaction is finished, and nothing in the information posted so far has pointed towards the seller being guilty of anything.
You claimed in post #148 that the whois just changed to DN Capital, as if that was the change in ownership, implying that it wasn't, but that whois change was already back in December, not connected to this sale, so I don't know how you can use that as some kind of proof calling the sale a hoax, as you did.
After that everybody seemed to jump the bandwagon, but I still haven't seen one single piece of information pointing towards the seller being behind all this.
