| Honestly, I think you risk offending your targeted reader. Those pictures at the top immediately seem exploitive rather than informative. Unless, you are targeting more of the curious onlooker - I'd say this is the wrong approach.
My assumption is that anyone looking for those kind of pics would simply type in 'anorexic pictures' or something else...of course, this assumption could be wrong. But that is my opinion - that you should at least change the top.
