| You better call them. you should have been able to change the DNS from day 1 regardless of auction or purchase. I think you are being scammed, especially if they placed affiliates on them.
Your best way is to tell us which registrar is doing this so that we can investigate it. If we find out they are scamming you, and if after talking with them doesnt work and they refuse, then surely a lot of us will be discussing about their services.
