| I usually log in and check-off the domain I want the auth-codes for the in the drop down box click "unlock these domains to allow transfer" then recheck them and in the drop down go to "retrieve authorisation code"
If this doesn't work set-up a account at mydomain.com and push your domains their and renew at $9.95
