The mere fact that Respondent gains income from the domain name is not, in itself, bad faith no more thannor is the fact that not all of Respondent’s domain names resolve to useful or informative websites. It is not the ownership of multiple domains that constitutes bad faith, it is the intent to harm the mark owner that defines cybersquatting. Such intent was not established.
