You assume incorrectly. All the services still do their individual optimizations. That is 1 of the reasons it takes a FULL month to optimize splitting the traffic over 10 diff. providers. However should you feel you need to "FORCE" keyword optimization (I do no recommend this BTW) you can use our Keyword TOOL and we will have ALL the Providers that allow us to change Keywords Changed to your suggestions within 3 days.
